Qualifications of a Small Groups Host: 

• Born Again Believer
• Has an evident growing relationship with the Lord
• Sponsored (or vouched/certified) by another Small Groups Host or by a Mililani FilAm Leader  
• A member of Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church
• Faithful, available, and teachable.  
• Attends and coordinates with other Filam Small Group Hosts regularly
